East Arkansas Family Health Center (EAFHC) follows the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) approach, which means we strive to have you see the same provider every time you visit — it not only helps you and your primary care provider develop a relationship, but it also helps your provider deliver the most personalized, coordinated health care possible.
For your convenience, we also provide the following services on-site:
- Lab draws and X-rays
- Pediatric services
- Women’s health services (OB/GYN care and family planning)
- Men’s healthcare
- Behavioral and Mental Healthcare
- Pharmacy services (at West Memphis, Marvell, Helena, and Lepanto locations)
- Ophthalmology services
- Physicals for school, sports, and employment
- Screenings (Hearing and TB)
- Nutritional Counseling and Diabetes Education
- Transportation
Your EAFHC primary care provider will deliver the care you need when you need it! Regardless of your life stage, the doctors, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners at EAFHC offer timely and affordable services to address your healthcare needs. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most major insurance plans. We offer sliding scale fees, Medicaid and Medicare assistance, and prescription medication assistance programs for those who do not have insurance or are underinsured.
