Yasir Afzal, MD

Dr. Afzal graduated from Boston University in 2007 with his Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology/Economics. He then graduated medical school in 2011 from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia, before completing his Family Medicine residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in 2014. Dr. Afzal has been practicing in Helena, Arkansas, for 10 years.

Outside of work, Dr. Afzal enjoys reading science fiction novels.
